사랑은 모든 것을 견딥니다.   사랑은 모든 것을 견딥니다 ( 고린도전서 13:7).   사랑은 시험을 견뎌냅니다 ( 야고보서 1:12, 현대인의 성경 ).   사랑은 고난을 견뎌냅니다 ( 고린도후서 1:6, 현대인의 성경 ).   사랑은 우리를 종으로 삼거나 착취하거나 이용하거나 우리에게 거만을 떨거나 우리의 뺨을 쳐도 잘 참고 견딥니다 ( 고린도후서 11:20, 현대인의 성경 ).   사랑은 하나님의 말씀을 마음 속 깊이 간직하여 그 말씀 때문에 고통이나 핍박이 오면 견딥니다 ( 참고 : 마태복음 13:21, 현대인의 성경 ).   사랑은 하나님의 영광스러운 힘을 통해 오는 모든 능력으로 우리가 강해져서 모든 일을 기쁨으로 참고 견딥니다 ( 골로새서 1:11, 현대인의 성경 ).
