가능성을 보아야 합니다(Must see his/her potential). 교사 ( 선생님 ) 는 학생의 성적표 ( 결과 ) 를 보고 판단하기보다 학생의 장점과 가능성을 보고 세워줘야 합니다 .   I believe that a teacher should see his/her student's potential and build him/her up rather than see his/her report card (result) and make a quick judgement.
