교사(선생님)는 학생의 성적표(결과)를 보고 판단하기보다 학생의 장점과 가능성을 보고 세워줘야 합니다.

 

I believe that a teacher should see his/her student's potential and build him/her up rather than see his/her report card (result) and make a quick judgement.
