About times and dates [1 Thessalonians 5:1-10] This is what the Bible Romans 13:11 says to us: “And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.” Here, “the present time” refers to the time of the Lord’s second coming.
