스스로의 잘못을 대충 넘어가거나 인정하지 않으면서 타인의 조그만 실수는 강하게 비난하거나 질책하는 것도 문제지만 스스로의 잘못에 지나치게 집착하여 자기의 조그만 실수도 강하게 자책하는 것도 문제라 생각합니다.
