그리하면 될 것 같아도 ... 죽어 땅에 묻였지만  그 영혼이 지옥에서 고통을 당하는 중에  주님께 제발 부탁하여 죽었다가 살아난 주님이 품에 안겨 있는 사람을  내 식구에게 보내 그들에게 경고하여 회개하므로  내 남은 식구만이라도 이 고통받는 곳에 오지 않게 해주시면 될 것 같아도  하나님의 말씀을 듣지 않는 그 식구는  비록 죽은 사람이 다시 살아난다고 해도 믿지 않을 것입니다 ( 누가복음 16:22-31, 현대인의 성경 ).
