They were righteous before God and faithfully kept all the Lord’s commandments and regulations without fault”)] (Luke 1:5–6).   While meditating on this passage, I would like to draw out the lessons given to us:   (1)    The author of Luke’s Gospel, Luke, first wrote to Theophilus about John the Baptist’s parents. 바른 지식이 없기 때문에 그런 짓을 하는 것입니다. 하나님을 섬기는 일이라고 생각하면서 예수님의 참된 제자들을 속이고 교회에서 쫓아내는 사람들은 하나님 아버지와 예수 그리스도를 모르기 때문에 그런 짓을 하는 것입니다 ( 요한복음 16:2, 현대인의 성경 ).   " 그들이 하나님께 대하여 열심이 있는 것은 사실이지만 그 열심은 바른 지식에서 나온 것이 아닙니다 "( 로마서 10:2, 현대인의 성경 ).  이렇게 바른 지식이 없는 열심에다가 성급한 사람은 교회 안에서 문제를 일으킬 확률이 많습니다(잠언 19:2).
