인격이 연단되지 못하므로 예수님을 닮아가는데 더딥니다.  하나님의 영광에 참여할 희망이 결핍된 성도는 고난 중에서 기뻐하지 못하고 그 고난을 무익되게 하므로 인내를 배우지 못하고 인격이 연단되지 못하므로 예수님을 닮아가는데 더딥니다 ( 참고 : 로마서 5:2-4, 현대인의 성경 ).

그리스도인이라는 이유로 고난을 받으면서도 ...

 그리스도인이라는 이유로 고난을 받으면서도 ... 그리스도인이라는 이유로 고난을 받으면서도 ( 베드로전서 4:16, 현대인의 성경 ) 우리가 기뻐할 수 있는 이유는 우리는 연단된 인격으로 예수님을 본 받아 하나님의 영광에 참여할 희망이 있기 때문입니다 ( 로마서 5:2-4, 현대인의 성경 ).
