For some of us, it’s been a while. In our hard-working, highly productive culture, we can sometimes feel like exhausted swimmers swept downstream in a fast-moving river, fighting to keep our heads above water, gasping for air. We get up early and stay up late. We never waste a minute. Our schedule is full, running here, running there, running late, running to catch up, running on empty, until we collapse in utter exhaustion. Underneath the satisfaction of being hard-working, hard-playing people is a weariness that’s desperate for the pace to relent so we can rest and recharge. Deep down, we’re dying to slow down and take a break. We keep telling ours...
주님의 징계를 통해서라도 ... 공의로우신 하나님의 사랑의 징벌 ( 징계 ) 을 통하여 고통중에서도 주님의 교훈하심을 받는 자는 복이 있습니다 ( 시편 94:12). 우리는 그 주님의 교훈하심을 받아 회개하므로 죄에서 자유를 누려 마음에 평안을 누려야 합니다 (13 절 ). 또한 우리는 많은 근심 중에서도 주님의 인자하심으로 붙잡힌바되고(18 절 ) 주님의 위안을 받으므로 우리의 영혼이 즐거워해야 합니다 (19 절 ).
