It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. 침묵으로 예수님의 고난에 동참해야 마땅히 형벌 받을 자는 나인데 ( 이사야 53:8)  하나님께서는 나의 모든 죄악을 예수님께 담당시키셨고 (6 절 )  아무 죄도 없으신 예수님께서는  곤욕을 당하여 괴로울 때에도  잠잠한 양 같이 입을 열지 않으셨습니다 (7 절 ).   하나님의 전적인 은혜로 구원을 받은 자들은  침묵으로 예수님의 고난에 동참합니다 .
