두 번 다시 회개할 길이 없습니다.  일단 하나님의 계시의 빛을 받고 하늘의 선물을 맛보고 성령을 체험하며 하나님의 좋은 말씀과 내세의 능력을 맛본 사람이 타락하는 것은 하나님의 아들 예수 그리스도를 다시 십자가에 못박아 공공연하게 수치를 당하게 하는 행위가 되기 때문에 두 번 다시 회개할 길이 없습니다 ( 히브리서 6:4-6, 현대인의 성경 ).
