Do not worry about tomorrow

  Do not worry about tomorrow [Matthew 6:25-34]           Do you know what will happen tomorrow? We can find the answer to this question in James 4:13-15: “Come now, you who say, "’Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, and spend a year there and engage in business and make a profit.’ Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away. Instead, you ought to say, ‘If the Lord wills, we will live and also do this or that.’” The Bible clearly says we don’t know what our life will be like tomorrow. Therefore, Proverbs 27:1 says, “Do not boast about tomorrow, For you do not know what a day may bring forth.” We don’t what will happen not only tomorrow but also today. Therefore, the Bible tells us not to boast about tomorrow. Also, the Bible says not to worry about tomorrow (Mt. 6:34). Still, aren’t we worried about tomorrow?
