목사는 비판의 대상이라기보다 중보기도 대상이라고 생각합니다.
하나님께서 기름부어 세우신 주님의 종은 주님께 기도로 맡겨야 합니다.
목사는 하나님의 명하신대로 순종해야 합니다(레위기 10:1).
그렇지 않을 때 목사는 하나님께서 징계하십니다(2절).
목사는 하나님의 거룩하심과 영광을 나타내야 합니다(3절).
결코 목사는 하나님의 영광을 도둑질 해서는 아니됩니다.
목사는 주님의 일에 전무해야 합니다(4절).
(아론의 두 아들이 죽었을 때 직계 가족 식구들이 아닌 아론의 삼촌의 아들들이 아론의 두 아들의 시신을 진 밖으로 메어간 것을 두고 박윤선 박사님은 그렇게 말씀하셨음).
주님의 일에 전무하되 목사는 직계 가족의 죽음 속에서도 슬퍼하는 것을 절제해야 합니다(6절 - "머리를 풀거나 옷을 찢지 말아서 ...")(박윤선).
목사는 분별력을 잃게 하는 "포도주나 독주를 마시지 말아"야 합니다(9-10절).
