우리가 받길 원하는 큰 축복과 하나님께서 주시길 원하시는 큰 축복
보통 우리 그리스도인들은 풍족한 물질의 축복(누가복음 5:6)을 하나님께서 우리에게 주시는 큰 축복으로 여기는 것 같습니다. 그러나 물질의 축복은 하나님께서 우리에게 주고자 하시는 축복 중에 지극히 작은 축복이라 생각합니다[물질의 축복보다는 "재물 얻을 능력"(신명기 8:18)의 축복이 더 큰 축복입니다. 물질의 축복은 더 큰 축복을 받는 도구일 뿐입니다].
하나님께서 우리에게 주시고자 하시는 큰 축복은 하나님의 하나님 되심과 우리가 죄인임을 깨닫으므로 회개하는 것입니다(눅5:8)[어느 누가 회개의 축복을 물질의 축복보다 더 크게 여기고 있습니까].
