위선적인 아첨의 기도와 눈물?
어떠한 방법으로도 상대방을 향한 자신의 미운 감정은 표출이 될 수 밖에 없을텐데도 불구하고 그 감정을 아첨하는 말로 숨기는 사람은 참으로 무서운 사람이라 생각합니다.
더 나아가서, 자신의 미운 감정을 눈물까지 흘리면서 숨길 수 있는 사람은 매우 위험한 사람이라 생각합니다. 우리는 그러한 위선자의 아첨의 말과 눈물에 속지 말아야 합니다.
특히 우리는 하나님 앞에서 우리 자신의 위선적인 아첨의 기도와 눈물에 우리 자신을 스스로 속이는 것을 멈춰야 합니다(참고: 잠언 26장 25절).
