God’s love, which is stronger than death, is causing me to continue walking the path of the mission the Lord has given me (John 6:1–15). “At that very time some Pharisees came and said to Him, ‘Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill You.’ He replied, ‘Go tell that fox, “I will keep driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach My goal.” In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem! Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing. 순전한 그리스도인
주님께서 고난을 통하여(사48:10) 내 안에 모든 불순물을 제하시사 순수하게 만들어 주시길 기원합니다. 순수한 그리스도인이 되길 원합니다. 순수하게 만들어 주시되 주님께서는 내 마음을 연단하여 주시사(잠17:3) 내 마음의 모든 불순한 것(마15:18-19)을 제하여 주시길 기원합니다. 순전한 마음을 사모합니다. 주님께서 찌끼와 혼잡물과 같은 나의 미음(사1:25)을 고난의 용광로를 통하여 정화시키시사 순금같게 하시길 기원합니다. 순금같은 믿음, 순전한 믿음을 갇기를 원합니다. 주님께서 하나님의 순전한 말씀으로 나를 깨끗게 하여 주시기원합니다(잠30:5; 참고: 시12:6). 순전한 그리스도인이 되어 주님께서 쓰시는 합당한 도구가 되길 기원합니다(딤후2:21).
