The Kingdom of God is the greatest blessing that is open to all people, but to reject it is the most dangerous misfortune a human being can choose. “After this the Lord appointed seventy others and sent them on ahead of Him, two by two, into every town and place where He Himself was about to go. 므나셋 왕은 고통을 당하므로 하나님을 찾고 하나님 앞에서 완전히 자신을
낮추며 기도했습니다. 하나님은 그의 기도를
들으시고 그를 예루살렘에 돌아오게 하여 다시 나라를 다스리게 하셨습니다. “그제서야 므낫세는 여호와께서 정말 하나님이신 것을 깨닫게
되었”습니다(역대하 33:12-13, 현대인의 성경). 하나님께서
보시기에 악을 행하고 있을 때 아무 고통 없이 무병장수하기 보다 우리는 고통을 통해서라도 하나님 앞에서 자신을 낮추며 회개 기도하므로 하나님의
회복의 은총을 받아 하나님의 하나님되심을 깨닫게 되는 것이 훨씬 낫습니다.
