A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. 그런데 교회 안에서도 그런 일이 벌어지고 있습니다. 하나님께서 악하고 잔인한 지도자의 세력을 꺾어 그가 자랑스럽게
생각하던 힘을 없애 버리시고 그의 희생자들을 구출해 내주시길 기원합니다(욥기29:17; 에스겔30:18, 현대인의 성경).
