God’s love, which is stronger than death, is causing me to continue walking the path of the mission the Lord has given me (John 6:1–15). “At that very time some Pharisees came and said to Him, ‘Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill You.’ He replied, ‘Go tell that fox, “I will keep driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach My goal.” In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem! Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing. "나의 하나님, 나의 하나님"
아브라함이 하나님께서 명령하신 대로 독자 이삭을 모리아 산에서 번제도 드리려고 했을 때 하나님의 사자가 아브라함에게 "아브라함아 아브라함아"라고 두 번이나 부르셨습니다(창 22:11). 그 이유는 하나님께서는 독자 이삭을 칼로 잡으려는 아브라함을 멈추게 하여 이삭을 죽이지 못하게 하기 위해서였습니다(10, 12절). 그런데 하나님 아버지께서는 독생자 예수님께서 십자가 상에서 "나의 하나님, 나의 하나님"(마27:46)하고 두 번이나 부르짖으셨을 때 분명히 들으셨을텐데도 불구하고 그 부르짖음을 외면하시고 독생자 예수님으로 하여금 저주의 나무인 십자가에 죽도록 내버려두셨습니다. 왜 그러셨을까요?
