A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. 자입니다(롬8:12).
우리에게는 의무가 있습니다.
바울은 모든 이에게 빚진 자로서 그가 마땅히 감당해야 할 의무인 복음 전파에 힘을 쓰고 있었고, 그래서 로마에 가서도 복음 전하기를 원했습니다.

3장 18-21절 말씀 중심으로 가정에서 우리 각자의 의무에 대해서 하나님의
말씀을 묵상하면서 교훈을 받았습니다: 아내들의 의무는 남편에게 복종하는 것이고, 남편의 의무는 아내를 사랑하며 괴롭게 하지 않는 것이며, 자녀들의 의무는 모든 일에
주님 안에서 부모님에게 순종하는 것이고, 부모님들의 의무는 자녀를 노엽게 하지 않는 것입니다.

3장 22절에서 4장
1절을 보면 바 울은 종과 주인의 의무에 대해서 말씀하고 있습니다. 오늘 말로 한다면, 성경은 고용인과 고용주의 의무에 대해서
말씀하고 있습니다. 첫 번째, 고용인의 의무는 고용주에게 순종하는 것입니다.
순종하되 성경은 “관용하는 자들에게 만 아니라 또한 까다로운 자들에게도 그리하라”고 말씀하고
있습니다(벧전2:18).
여기서 ‘까다롭다’라는 말은 ‘꾸부러졌다’, ‘패역하다’, ‘공평하지 않다’는
뜻을 가지고 있습니다(박윤선). 즉, 고용주가
패역하고 또한 공평하게 고용인을 대해주지 않을지라도 고용인은 그의 고용주에 게 순종하라고 성경은 말씀하고 있습니다.
고용인은 애매히 까다로운 고용주에게 고난을 받아서 슬픔을 당해도 참고 순종해야 합니다.
