Herod wants to kill You.’   He replied, ‘Go tell that fox, “I will keep driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach My goal.”   In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem!   Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing.   Look, your house is left to you desolate.   I tell you, you will not see Me again until you say, “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord” (Luke 13:31–35).     ...

만일 교인들이 불순종하는 목사도 사랑하여 은혜를 베풀므로 목사를 살려보려고 최선을 다할지라도 주님의 뜻이 목사가 바다에 던져지는 이라면 점점 사나운 파도가 교회에 밀어닥치 하셔서라도 교인들로 하여금 목사를 들어 바다에 지게 하실 것입니다.  그래야 교회가 있을 것입니다(참고: 요나 1:13-15, 현대인의 성경).
