Pastors who love money and engage in extortion may outwardly appear to be respectable religious leaders, but inwardly they worship the idol of money and exploit the souls of people. Jesus teaches that, in God's sight, their true nature is like foul-smelling filth. “The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all this and were sneering at Jesus. He said to them, ‘You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of others, but God knows your hearts. What people value highly is detestable in God’s sight’” (Luke 16:14–15). 돈을 좋아하는 외식하는 목사들은 겉은 존경스러운 종교 지도자의 모습이지만 , 속은 ' 돈 ' 이라는 우상을 숭배하며 사람들의 영혼을 착취하는 그들의 본질이 하나님 보시에는 썩은 냄새가 나는 오물과 같다고 말씀하십니다 . “ 바리새인들은 돈을 좋아하는 자들이라 이 모든 것을 듣고 비웃거늘 예수께서 이르시되 너희는 사람 앞에서 스스로 옳다 하는 자들이나 너희 마음을 하나님께서 아시나니 사람 중에 높임을 받는 그것은 하나님 앞에 미움을 받는 것이니라 ”( 누가복음 16:14-15). (1) 저는 오늘 본문 누가복음 16 장 14 절 상반절인 “ 바리새인들은 돈을 좋아하는 자들이라 ” 는 예수님의 말씀을 읽을 때 “ 바리새인들처럼 돈을 좋아하는 목사들은 …” 이란 제 짧은 말씀 묵상 글을 다시금 찾아 읽어보게 되었습니다 : 바리새인처럼 돈을 좋아하는 목사들은 교만하여 하나님을 인정하지 않고 있으니 그들의 죄로 말미암아 자신뿐만 아니라 교회 식구들도 넘어질 것입니다 ( 참고 : 호세아 5:4-5, 현대인의 성경 ; 누가복음 16:14). (a) 그런 후 저는 제가 쓴 “ 돈을 좋아하는 교인들 …” 이란 제목아래 쓴 짧은 말씀 묵상 글도 읽어보게 되었습니다 : 돈을 좋아하는 교인들은 주님께서 잠시 이 땅에 맡기신 주님의 재산을 주님의 뜻대로 재산 관리를 하지 않고 오히려 주님 보시기에 낭비를 합니다 . 그래서 주님께서 그들에게 ' 더 이상 내가 너에게 재산을 맡길 수 없으니 지금까지 네가 맡아 하던 ...
