"여호와 이레"? 하나님은 아브라함에게는 " 여호와 이레 " 셨습니다 . 즉 , 하나님은 아브라함을 위하여 독자 이삭대신 번제할 어린 양을 " 여호와의 산에서 준비 " 해 주셨습니다 . 그래서 아브라함은 그 수양을 가져다가 아들대신 번제 ( 제물 ) 로 하나님께 드렸습니다 ( 창세기 22:8, 13-14). 그러나 하나님 아버지께서는 자기 자신에게 " 여호와 이레 " 가 되지 않으셨습니다 . 즉 , 하나님 아버지께서는 자신을 위하여 독생자 예수 그리스도대신 십자가에 화목제물로 바쳐질 어린 양을 하나님의 산에서 준비하지 않으셨습니다 . 오히려 하나님 아버지께서는 유월절 어린 양이신 독생자 예수 그리스도를 직접 준비하셔서 우리 죄를 속하기 위하여 십자가에 화목 제물로 죽게하셨습니다 ( 요한일서 4:10).
