만일 거짓 목사들이 진실한 목사들이라면 ... 만일 거짓 목사들이 진실한 목사들이라면 그들은 하나님의 말씀을 받은 것이 있어야 하며 또한 그 받은 말씀이 이루어지도록 하나님께 간구할 것입니다 ( 참고 : 예레미야 27:18, 현대인의 성경 ). 그러나 거짓 목사들은 하나님의 입에서 나온 말씀이 아닌 자기들 멋대로 생각해 낸 것을 우리에게 설교하면서 우리에게 헛된 희망을 불어넣어 주고 있을뿐만 아니라 (23:16, 현대인의 성경 ) 우리로 하여금 그 헛된 희망 사항이 이루어지기를 하나님께 간구하게 만들고 있습니다 .
