'오늘 사탄은 감정을 통해 우리를 사로잡는다.  그는 감정을 우리 삶에 실제보다 더 중요하게 만들며, 특정 감정이 있거나 없는 것에 대해 엉뚱한 죄책감을 대거 유발시킨다.  사탄이 추구하는 것은 감정의 역할을 극대화하여 감정을 우리의 행동이나 성품 변화의 기초로 삼게 만드는 것이다.  물론 그 기초는 진리에 대한 통찰과 이해와 확신의 몫인데 말입니다.'
