목사님은 무엇이며 장로님은 무엇입니까?  그저 주님이 시키신 대로 여러분을 믿게 한 종들에 지나지 않습니다.  목사님은 하나님의 말씀과 예수 그리스도의 복음을 심었고, 장로님은 돌봄의 물을 주었습니다.  그러나 여러분을 자라게 하신 분은 하나님이십니다.  그러므로 심는 목사님과 물을 주는 장로님은 아무것도 아니지만 자라나게 하시는 하나님이 가장 중요합니다(참고: 고린도전서 3:5-7; 디모데전서 3:5, 현대인의 성경).
