A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. Let me clearly summarize five essential principles of true mission as presented in Scripture. 🌍 1. The Mission of God (Missio Dei) The subject and initiator of mission is not human beings but God. 왜 그랬을까요?





아버지 다윗은 압살롬이 도망하여 그술에 있은 지 3년이 되자 죽은 아들 암논에 대한 슬픔을 거의 잊고 이제는 그 마음이 압살롬을 향하여 그리워하고 있었습니다(사무엘하 13:38-39, 현대인의 성경).  그럼에도 불구하고 다윗은 그리워하고 있는 아들 압살롬을 찾지 않았습니다.  왜 그랬을까요?  혹시 그는 아직도 자기 아들 암논을 죽인 또 다른 아들 압살롬을 용서하지 못하고 있었던 것은 아닐까요?
