그만큼 지금 우리는 하나님과의 관계가 멀어져 있고 이세상과 가까워져 있다는 증거?
압살롬은 암논만 죽였는데 다윗은 압살롬이 모든 왕자들을 죽이고 하나도
남기지 않았다는 소문을 듣고 벌떡 일어서서 자기 옷을 찢고 땅에 엎드렸습니다(사무엘하 13:28-31,
현대인의 성경). 만일 우리의 귀가 사실(Fact)인 하나님의 말씀보다 이세상의 거짓된 소문이나 우리의 귀를
즐겁게하는 사람들의 말을 더 잘 듣고 있다면(디모데후서4:3, 현대인의
성경), 그만큼 지금 우리는 하나님과의 관계가 멀어져 있고 이세상과 가까워져 있다는 증거라 생각합니다.
