A. What Is Biblical Mission? “Biblical mission means more than simply going overseas to plant churches or spread civilization. It means the church participating in the ‘mission of God (Missio Dei)’ and seeking the restoration of God’s rule and glory throughout the whole earth. Mission is not a program that begins with human enthusiasm; rather, it is the heart of God that runs throughout the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and is a fundamental reason for the church’s existence. Let me clearly summarize five essential principles of true mission as presented in Scripture. 🌍 1. The Mission of God (Missio Dei) The subject and initiator of mission is not human beings but God. In order to save fallen humanity, God first comes to us, sends His Son, and sends the Holy Spirit. He is the “missionary God” who sends. 하나님의 풍성한 은혜를 따라 그리스도 안에서 그분의 피로 죄 사함을 받고 구원을 우리는 그리스도 안에서 모든 것을 자기 뜻대로 이루시는 하나님의 계획을 따라 예정대로 하나님의 백성이 되었습니다.  그 목적은 제일 먼저 그리스도를 대망하던 우리가 하나님의 영광을 찬양하도록 하기 위한 것입니다(에베소서 1:7, 11-12, 현대인의 성경).
