아픔 속에서의 기쁨?
우리의 마음이 아픈 것은 고통스러운 일 때문이기 보다 그 고통스러움 가운데서도 하나님께 간구하지만 하나님께서 침묵하시고 계시고 우리를 향하여 얼굴을 돌려 보고 계시지 않다고 생각되기 때문입니다. 그러나 이렇게 마음이 아픈 가운데서도 우리 그리스도인들은 기뻐합니다. 그 이유는 우리는 하나님을 믿고 신뢰하기 때문입니다. 아직도 이뤄지지 않은 하나님의 약속의 말씀이 하나님의 때에 하나님의 방법으로 성취하신다는 확고한 믿음이 있기에 우리는 믿음으로 하나님께 감사하며 또한 믿음으로 주님 안에서 기쁨으로 찬양을 드리는 것입니다(시편 13편).
