짧은 말씀 묵상
거짓 목사들이 기적적인 일이 일어날 것을 예언할 뿐만 아니라 심지어
그 예언이 그대로 이루어진다 할지라도 우리는 그들의 유혹에 넘어가서는 결코 아니 됩니다. 하나님께서는 그런 거짓 목사들을 통하여 우리가 마음을 다하고
정성을 다하여 정말 우리의 하나님을 사랑하는지 알아보시려고 우리를 시험하시는 것입니다(참고:
신명기 13:1-3, 현대인의 성경).
우리는 주님을 따르며 주님을 경외하며 주님의 명령을 지키며 주님의
목소리를 청종하며 주님을 섬기며 주님을 의지해야 합니다(신명기 13:4).
우리는 우리로 하여금 주님의 계명대로 살지 못하도록 유혹하는 자들을
공동체 안에서 제거해야 합니다(참고: 신명기
13:5, 현대인의 성경).
아무리 사랑하는 아내나 자녀나 형제나 또한 우리의 가장 친한 친구가
우리를 은근히 유혹하여도 우리는 그 꼬임에 넘어가지 말고 그들의 말을 듣지도 말며 정에 끌려서 불쌍히 여기거나 그들을 감싸지 말아야 합니다(참고: 신명기 13:6-8, 현대인의 성경).
우리를 사탄의 나라에서 건져 내신 우리의 하나님을 떠나도록 우리를
유혹하는 자들은 악한 짓을 하는 자들입니다. 우리는 그들을 멀리해야 합니다(참고: 신명기
13:10-11, 현대인의 성경).
