우리 교회 지도자들은 자기들이 한 일을 하나님께 보고해야 할 사람들이므로 정신을 바짝차리고 성도님들의 영혼을 보살피되 괴로운 마음으로 하지 말고 기쁨으로 해야 합니다.  그렇게 하지 않으면 우리에게 유익이 없습니다(히브리서 13:17, 현대인의 성경).
