Devotional Reflection Based on the Incident of Peter Cutting Off Malchus's Ear: “Then one of those standing near drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear.” ( Mark 14:47, Today's Korean Version ) 1. Identifying the People Involved: The person who stood beside Jesus and drew the sword was Simon Peter . 우리는 하나님의 날이 속히 오기를 간절히 기다려야 합니다.  





주님의 날은 도둑같이 갑자기 올 것이며 또한 하늘과 땅과 거기 있는 모든 것이 불에 타서 녹아 버릴 텐데 우리는 어떤 사람이 되어야 하겠습니까?  우리는 경건하고 거룩한 생활을 하면서 하나님의 날이 속히 오기를 간절히 기다려야 합니다.  그리고 우리는 하나님의 약속대로 의가 있는 곳인 새 하늘과 새 땅을 바라보아야 합니다(베드로후서 3:10-13, 현대인의 성경).
