하나님께서 세우신 교회의 파수꾼을 통하여 우리가 경고의 메시지(말씀)를 듣고도 그 경고를 무시하고 방심하다가 교회가 그 결과(consequence)를 겪을 때에 그것은 우리 자신의 잘못이며 그 책임은 우리 자신에게 있습니다. 그러나 만일 그 파수꾼이 원수 마귀가 교회를 공격하려고 하는 것을 알고도 교회 성도들에게 경고의 메시지(말씀)를 전하지 않아 교회 성도들이 큰 어려움을 겪게 되면 주님은 그 책임을 그 파수꾼에게 물으실 것입니다(참고: 에스겔
