God's word as sweet as honey ...

 

 

I desire to regularly consume the word of God,

as sweet as honey and fill my heart with it.

I long to attentively listen to every word of God

and carefully store it in my heart.

Furthermore, I wish to boldly proclaim His word.

I desire to proclaim it boldly

even to stubborn and hardened individuals

who refuse to listen to the word of God.

I pray that the Lord will make me resolute and firm like a rock,

and as hard as a diamond,

so that I will not fear or be intimidated by them

(Ezekiel 3:1-10).
