We need to feel it deeply and profoundly understand it.

 

 

 

Even in the midst of severe suffering,

we must deeply feel and profoundly understand our helplessness,

saying "My help is not within me" (Job 6:13).

Only then can we confess with faith,

"My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth"

(Ps. 121:2).
