shattering my stubborn heart with words like a hammer (Jere. 23:29; Heb. 3:15),

melting my cold heart with words like fire (Jere. 23:29),

leading me to confess and repent of my sins (Mt. 3:6, 8),

transforming and renewing me (Rom. 12:2).
