God’s love, which is stronger than death, is causing me to continue walking the path of the mission the Lord has given me (John 6:1–15). “At that very time some Pharisees came and said to Him, ‘Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill You.’ He replied, ‘Go tell that fox, “I will keep driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach My goal.” In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem! 하나님께서는 악인의 계획을 좌절시키십니다.
하나님께서는 이사야 선지자를 통해 두려워 떨고 있는 유다 왕 아하스에게 시리 왕과 이스라엘 왕이 아하스 왕을 해할 음모를 꾸미고 있고 그들이 유다를 침략하고 유다 백성들을 두렵게 하여 자기들 편으로 끌어들인 다음 다브엘의 아들을 왕위에 앉힐 계획을 세우고 있지만 “그러나 결코 이 일이 그들의 계획대로 되지 않을 것이다”라고 말씀해주셨습니다(이사야 7:5-7, 현대인의 성경). 하나님께서는 악인의 계획을 좌절시키십니다(시편 146:9, 현대인의 성경).
