만일 우리가 약자를 억누르고 남을 멸시하며 악한 하던 것을 그치고 굶주린 사람에게 먹을 것을 주며 고통당하는 사람들 도와주면 우리 주변의 어두움이 대낮처럼 밝을 것이며 하나님께서 항상 우리를 인도하여 좋은 것으로 우리를 만족하게 하시며 우리를 든든하게 지켜 주실 것이니 우리가 물을 동산 같을 것이며 절대로 마르지 않는 샘과 같을 것입니다(참고: 이사야 58:9-11, 현대인의 성경).
