to move forward through conflict within the church.

 

 

Within the church, conflicts can present an opportunity

to establish and progress the roles of pastors, elders, and ordained deacons.

However, when each is responsible for their respective roles and must handle team ministry,

it may not always be easy for pastors or elders to find ordained deacons

with the Spirit and wisdom to delegate ministry, leading to a balanced team ministry.

Therefore, conflicts within the church can serve as a catalyst for change,

establishing well-praised ordained deacons with the Spirit and wisdom among the congregation (Reference: Acts 6:1-7).
