우리 그리스도인들은 이중생활을 하고 있습니다. 우리의 입은 주님께 가깝지만 우리의 마음은 멉니다(렘 12:2). 지금 우리는 두 주인을 섬기고 있는 것입니다. 지금 우리는 하나님과 재물, 하나님의 교회와 이 악한 세상을 겸하여 섬기고 있습니다(마 6:24).
우리는 사람들 앞에서 신앙생활을 하고 있습니다.
우리의 신앙생활을 사람들 보기에는 거룩해 보이지만 하나님 보시기에는 우리는 악을 행하고 있습니다. 지금 우리는 하나님께 죄를 범하고 있는 것입니다.
지금 우리는 영적 음행을 행하면서 하나님의 전에 올라와 헌금을 받치고 있습니다(렘11:15).
이 모든 것을 보고 계시는 하나님께서 우리에게 이렇게 말씀하고 계십니다:
"나의 사랑하는 자가 ... 나의 집에서 무엇을 하는고"(What
