스스로 지혜롭게 여기는 미련한 자에게 영예를 주는 것(예를 들어 교회에 중요한 직책을 맡기는 것)은 적당하지 아니할 뿐만 아니라 "돌을 물매에 매는 것과 같"습니다(잠언 26 1, 8, 12).
