Identifying the People Involved: The person who stood beside Jesus and drew the sword was Simon Peter . The servant of the high priest was named Malchus . “Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his right ear. 고난의 길을 믿음으로 걸으므로 우리가 영적으로 단련되어 강해질 때 우리는 세상과 죄악과 더욱더 분리되는 거룩한 삶을 것입니다.  그러나 고난의 길을 보는데로 걸을 때에는 우리가 영적으로 약해져서 세상과 짝지어 살면서 불신자들과 동화될 밖에 없습니다.
