이것이 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 것입니다.
고통과 절망 가운데서(시편 69:29, 현대인의 성경) 우리의 마음은 상하고 근심이 충만할 수 있습니다(20절). 그 때에 우리는 아무리 찾아도 어느 누구에게도 동정과 위로를 받을 수 없을 수 있습니다(20절).
그러한 때에도 우리는 믿음으로 구원의 하나님을 바라보면서 용기를 가지고(32절, 현대인의 성경) (32절) 감사함으로 하나님을 찬양해야 합니다(29-30절). 이것이 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 것입니다(31절).
"나는 항상 희망을 가지고 더욱더 주를 찬양하겠습니다"
