큰 어려움에서 더 큰 어려움을 겪게 하시는 하나님?
왜 주님께서 우리로 하여금 큰 어려움을 겪게 하시는지 잘 모르겠습니다(여호수아 10장). 왜 하나님께서는 그 큰 어려움이 지난간 후 그보다 훨씬 더 큰 어려움을 허락하시는지 전혀 모르겠습니다(여호수아 11장). 그 때에 하나님께서는 우리에게 '두려워하지 말라'고 말씀하십니다(10:8, 11:6). 그 때에 하나님께서는 우리에게 그 큰 어려움과 더 큰 어려움 속에서도 우리를 건져주시겠다고 약속하십니다(10:8, 11:6). 그 약속의 말씀을 받은 우리는 믿음으로 담대히, 용기있게 주님께 순종해야 합니다(10:9, .11:9). 믿음으로 순종할 때 주님께서 우리로 하여금 승리케 하실 것입니다! (10:10-20, 11:8, 11, 14).
