Identifying the People Involved: The person who stood beside Jesus and drew the sword was Simon Peter . 이런 괴로운 일들이 인생에 일어나고 있는지 아무리 생각해도 하나님의 뜻이 무엇인지는 없지만 분명한 것은 모든 일들은 하나님께서 나를 위하여 주신 일들이든지 아니면 허락하신 일들로서 하나님께서는 모든 일들을 통하여 나에게 뜻하신 바를 반드시 이루신다는 것입니다.  그러므로 나는 오늘도, 내일도 보이는데로 살지 않고 믿음으로 것입니다(고후 5:7, 현대인의 성경).
