하나님의 아들이신 예수 그리스도와 하나님 아버지를 믿는 사람은 영원한 생명을 얻었으므로 이미 사망에서 생명으로 옮겼습니다(요한복음 5:24).

하나님의 아들을 믿는 우리는 이미 영원한 생명을 가졌습니다(요한일서 5:13, 현대인의 성경).  영원한 생명을 가진 우리는 형제를 사랑함으로 사망에서 옮겨 생명으로 들어갔습니다(3:14).
