하나님을 향하여 마음이 정함이 없고 하나님의 언약에 성실하지 않는 자는(78:37) 하나님의 언약을 지키지 않고 하나님의 율법 준행을 거절하며 하나님께서 행하신 것과 에게 보이신 하나님의 기이한 일을 잊어버립니다(10-11).   계속해서 하나님께 범죄하며 하나님을 배반합니다(17).   하나님을 시험하며 또한 하나님을 대적합니다(18-19).   욕심을 버리지 않습니다(30).  그는 여전히 범죄하며 하나님의 기인한 일들을 믿지 않습니다(32).
