겸손히 하나님의 인도하심과 보호하심을 구해야 합니다.

금식하고 하나님 앞에서 자신을 낮추며 여행하는 동안 자기들을 인도하여 자기들의 자녀들과 자기들의 모든 소유물을 보호해 달라고 기도하였습니다(에스라 8:1, 21, 현대인의 성경). 저는 이 말씀을 묵상할 때 (1) 우리가 하나님 앞에서 우리 자신을 낮춰야 한다는 것과 (2) 하나님의 인도하심을 구해야 한다는
것과 (3) 하나님께서 우리 자녀들과 우리의 모든 소유물을 보호해 달라고 기도해야 한다는 교훈을 받습니다.
