내가 어려울 때 ...
내가 어려울 때(시편 116:6), 내가 크게 고통을 당하였을 때(10절), 내가 환난과 슬픔을 만났을 때(3절), 내가 예수님의 이름으로 기도하기를 '주님께 구하오니 내 생명을 건지소서'하였습니다(4절).
은혜로우시며 의로우시며 긍휼이 많으신 하나님은(5절) 내 기도에 귀를 기울이시고(2절) 내 음성과 내 간구를 들으사(1절) 나를 보호해주시고 나를 죽음에서(8절) 구원해 주시고(6절) 내 눈물을 그치게 하셨으며 내 발이 넘어지지 않게 하셨습니다(8절, 현대인의 성경). 내 영혼이 하나님의 은혜로 평안함을 누리게 되었습니다(7절).
그러므로 내가 주님을 사랑합니다(1절). 내가 평생에 기도할 것입니다(2절). "내가 이 생존에 세계에서 하나님의 뜻대로 살"것입니다(9절, 현대인의 성경).
